1. Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers several benefits:

Important notes:
All address information must be entered using English characters only
For non-English letters, please use the closest English equivalent

Address changes cannot be made once your order is processed or shipped
We recommend using a residential address (not vocational) to avoid customs delays
6. How long will shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard Shipping ( 4 - 6 Weeks )
Our standard shipping is free and provides door-to-door delivery via ocean freight and local delivery, most orders are received in 4-6 weeks (processing + shipping) from order to delivery and no extra charges. The daily order cutoff time for orders is 5:00 pm (PST). After the cutoff time, we will not process orders received on the same day. Normally, the delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks(processing + shipping). Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc.
Expedited Shipping ( 1 - 2 Weeks )
We offer expedited shipping, which can deliver your order in as little as 1–2 weeks.
Important Notes:
Delivery times are estimates only (begins when shipped, not when ordered)
Delays may occur due to:Incorrect addresses or Customs procedures or Unforeseen circumstances
Weekends/holidays are not included in these estimates
We are not responsible for customs-related delays
