This Warranty Policy applies to all eligible purchases made directly on Lightslux.com
and shipped within the United States.
Lightslux is committed to ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities when product defects occur.
No warranty registration is required. Your proof of purchase serves as the warranty activation.
Ⅰ. Warranty Scope
This warranty applies to all lighting fixtures sold on Lightslux.com unless otherwise specified.
exceptions:
- Items marked as “non-returnable”, “clearance”, or “final sale” are not eligible for warranty unless required by applicable law.
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Note: All exclusions are compliant with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
If your warranty claim is approved, Lightslux will cover:
- The cost of product evaluation.
- Outbound shipping for the replacement item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs only if:
- The defect cannot be confirmed, or
- The product does not meet warranty eligibility criteria.
In certain cases, we may require the return of the original item before a replacement is issued.
Ⅱ. Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:
1. Defect Criteria
The issue must be confirmed by Lightslux as an inherent defect, such as:
- Manufacturing flaws
- Material defects
- Functional
Structural breakage
- Failure to power on
- Non-environmental severe discoloration
Not covered: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, water exposure (unless waterproof), or improper installation.
2. Warranty Period
Warranty claims must be submitted within 6 months from the delivery date.
This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under U.S. consumer protection laws.
3. Product & Packaging Condition
Lack of original packaging will not void your warranty claim. However, customers may be responsible for any damage caused by insufficient repackaging during return shipping.
Ⅲ. Warranty Claim Process
Step 1: Submit a Claim

Include the following:
- Order number
- Product name or model
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the defect
Step 2: Review (1–3 Business Days)
Our team will evaluate your case and may request additional information.
- If approved: You’ll receive a confirmation email with replacement instructions.

- Partial refund or store credit

Step 3: Replacement Arrangement
- In stock: A replacement will be shipped using the original delivery method.

Step 4: Product Inspection
Please inspect the replacement upon delivery.
If you notice any issue upon delivery, please contact us immediately. If possible, refuse delivery and document the issue with photos.

- Cooperate with any packaging or return instructions.

Lightslux Responsibilities
- Provide fair and transparent evaluations.
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure replacements meet or exceed original product quality.
- Offer professional and responsive support throughout the process.

- This warranty applies only to purchases from Lightslux.com.
- We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time; changes will be published on our website.
- Please retain your proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) for any future warranty claims.
